- VRE News: Customer Service Survey, this Wednesday, May 8 On Your Morning Train. - VRE will be conducting our Annual Customer Service Survey this Wednesday, May 8 on all morning trains. Look for VRE staff members aboard your train; they can provide a pencil if you need one and can take your completed survey. You can also leave the survey on your seat if you don't see a staff member or conductor when you leave the train, we will pick them all up upon arrival to Union Station.
